MIchelle Wie Heading to the Desert

Michelle Wie will compete against the best again this weekend at the Samsung World Championship heald at Bighorn Golf Club in Palm Desert.

The Best women that is.

Michelle Wie heads back to the LPGA where she will take on Karrie Webb, Se Ri Pak, Annika and more on Oct. 12 - 15. This is the site where her professional debut was, and where she was disqualified after it was reported she didn’t take a proper drop.

The tournament is a 72-hole event with a purse of $875,000. Michelle Wie will have some tough competition at the tournament, all gunning for the worlds best which has been held by Annika six times before including last years win.
